the rooms are dated,but clean,property is well kept.room warmed up well enough..and [plenty of tv channels,wifi a little sluggish..family/owners were very nice to me..very accomidating..for the price,couldnt do better..i travel around a lot..best bang for my buck..will use again if in area..will call to have the heat started......john lemire bondsville,ma.

Old place. If you're not too concerned with aesthetics but prefer warmth and comfort its just fine.
Run of the mill cheap hotel. They keep it clean enough to be tolerable and the smell is just bearable. As expected in dumps like these they act like they are doing YOU a favor by letting you spend your money with them. It's laughable.
Easily accessible. When we requested more towels we received pleasant, speedy service.
Not good! Needs major remodel.... Half the lights in room did not work. Streaks of grime on inside of door. Would NOT recommend or go there again......
