When we arrived, she was not there and the person working had no idea that we were even coming. He said he wasn't surprised; that this happens a lot now.
I thought about it and called back. Told her that we would pick it up and not to do anything to it.

I called again yesterday, December 7, to be put on hold... The very rude woman came back and said she couldn't find my service work order and asked what it was on for..... Put me on hold again then said "it hasn't been done yet" and proceeded to give m all kinds of excuses as to why.
Great shop. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They fixed my saw that another shop couldn't figure out.
I brought my snowblower there on November 4 for a basic service (oil change, tune up)..... I called them 2 weeks later to find out where it stood to be told, "it's on the service floor so it will be done soon"... I wasn't overly concerned it was only two weeks and there wasn't a forecast of snow.
We took it to Ralph Stoddard ( who this company let go from employment when they took over) and will be picking it up tonight. Imagine, a ONE DAY turn around for an oil change!! I highly recommend Mr. Stoddard and will gladly give his number to anyone who wants it. (I have his blessing to do so).
Now under new ownership. VCS-
I let her know I was disappointed, that a MONTH should have been more than enough time for an oil change and now there was snow forecast.......and we ended the conversation.
