We were drawn to the restaurant by the news that they had veggie sausage. We'll be going back for the excellent breakfasts as well as trying their lunch and dinner menus. An excellent place for vegetarians and omnivores to share a meal.
Very accommodating of someone on a special diet. They made me an off-menu, fantastic breakfast! Veggie sausage patties, homefries, and a generous helping of fresh vegetables. Delicious!
Their food has always been good here over the years BUT...our recent last time there was a disappointment. My wife's waffle tasted like it was a store bought mix. Very "fake" tasting. And her piece of ham was not like they used to serve. It looked and tasted like a piece of canned ham. They normally have homemade bread but my wheat bread was definitely not homemade. Hope they are not going downhill to make ends meet. I would gladly pay a little extra $$ in order to keep the same quality as I have known them for in the past.
