Only 1 star because zero is not an option. We have 5 kids and our minivan was a disaster. We called for a quote and told them how bad it was and they gave us a price. I went and dropped it off they looked at it and never said anything. It was supossed to be left overnight and it ended up being 2 full days. Ok, if its done right I am ok with not having my car for 2 days. My wife went to get it and it looked ok at first. Then she went to strap in car seats and starting seeing the filth that was never cleaned. We thought ok so they missed some spots. Then picked up the seat and realized that one seat that was folded wouldnt stay unfolded. It is broken. Now we have an unusable seat. And under the seats had bever been vaccumed. Then we check the stow and go and those were never cleaned. There was dirt on the sides and in the cup holders that were not cleaned as well as the roof inside. And as for the carpets and seats they still looked like crap. The steering wheel was clearly scraped with some tool and in the process they damaged it. The car still smelled so I went to roll down the window and realized that they broke the window button. It is completely off and gone. Rhe sides of the car in the back wrre still gross and clearly never washed. My wife and her friend adressed the employee. He came out and looked at it. He couldnt believe how bad it was. He said that it all should have been done correctly and he would take it back in and do it himself to ensure that it was done right. He said it wasnt fair or right for my car to be returned that way. He went in to tell his boss he was going to bring the car back in. His boss whom claimed to be the owner came out yelling at my wife. He said we got what we payed for. He said the condition was so bad we should just rip the interior out and start over. He kept yelling and cutting them off and not allowing them to speak. My wife pointed out that she warned them about the condition and they looked at it at drop off and nobody said anything. He then continued to say that we got what we paid for. He continued to yell at my wife and her friend. He said that they did the best they could. My wife asked why under the seats werent vaccumed and he claimed they were. He said a little must have fallen back under. Under the seats and the stow and go were NEVER vaccummed. He said he would take it in and vaccum the one spot but will not do anything else. Then continued to yell and said if I dont want the one spot cleaned then get my car and leave. Then he said Hes calling the cops if I dont leave right then. Which she still had 3 seats to buckle and put kids in them. It was bad enough that they did a horrible job andripped us off but he then continued to scream at my wife. Im appalled! We have started the process with the Better Business Bureau and small claims court. Good luck with this guy, go anywhere else!!!
Best choice for a carwash in the area but I was charged $10.00 by the machine for a $3.00 wash on 2 separate occasions.
